ALUMINIUM SAMPLER, ZIRCRONIUM SAMPLER, 2IN1 SAMPLER(combi probe), ULC SAMPLER

According to the application MINCO supplies the appropriate sampler. We can adapt the mould and killing agent as well as the dimensions of the sampler. This way we guarantee a fast and reproducible sampling.

We distinguish between immersion, suction, stream sampling and vacuum samplers. More special types as combined probe (sampler-immersion probe) will be manufactured according to customers request.

Ranges of application

• Immersion probe: converter, electric arc furnace, ladle, ladle furnace,casting.
• Suction probe: mould, tundish, induction furnace, block casting.
• Stream sampler: tundish, block casting.
• Vacuum sampler: iron mould, tundish
